These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyFieldOffice, a product of D&J Field Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
MyFieldOffice is a field service management platform that provides small businesses with tools including job management, customer communication, AI-assisted staff functions, invoicing, dispatching, and a customer-facing portal ("Service"). The Service is accessed via web browser at app.myfieldoffice.app.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using MyFieldOffice you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for business use and not for personal, family, or household purposes.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@dandjfieldsolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
MyFieldOffice is offered on a subscription basis. After any applicable free trial period, your account will be billed at the then-current subscription rate. Currently:
Payment is processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No credit card is required to start a trial, but you will need to provide payment information before the trial expires to continue using the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@dandjfieldsolutions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of the paid period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
You retain ownership of all data you input into MyFieldOffice, including customer information, job records, invoices, and business data ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Data solely to provide the Service.
Upon cancellation, you may request an export of Your Data within 30 days. After 30 days following account termination, we may permanently delete Your Data.
MyFieldOffice offers optional integration with Google Gmail to send emails on your behalf. If you connect your Gmail account:

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by D&J Field Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail, Maps), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI features), and Supabase (data storage). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, D&J FIELD SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D&J Field Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.
