Last updated: March 2026

We built MyFieldOffice for small business owners, not data brokers. We collect only what we need to run the service, we never sell your data, and your business information belongs to you. This policy explains exactly what we collect and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy describes how D&J Field Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use MyFieldOffice ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

4. AI Features

MyFieldOffice uses OpenAI to power AI staff features. When you use AI features, relevant context from your account (such as your business name, job details, or customer information) may be sent to OpenAI to generate a response. We do not use your data to train AI models. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to data processed through their API.
